Pgtoto Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Entertainment Platform

01 Acceptance of Terms of Use

These pgtoto Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement. By accessing or using the pgtoto platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other device — you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.
• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a Malaysian resident or citizen eligible to use an online entertainment platform.
• The information you provided during registration is true, accurate, and up to date.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

02 Registration & Account Management

To use pgtoto's services in full, you are required to register an account by providing the following information accurately and completely:

• Full name as per a valid Malaysian identification card or passport.
• National identification number (MyKad) or a valid passport number.
• An active email address owned and controlled by you.
• An active Malaysian mobile number for OTP verification.
• A strong password (minimum 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols).

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. pgtoto will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account information. Please contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on pgtoto. Owning, using, or attempting to register multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. pgtoto reserves the right to suspend or close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances, bonuses, and pending winnings without prior notice.

03 User Eligibility

Pgtoto's services are exclusively available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Restriction: Must be at least 21 years of age. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under Malaysian law.
• Location: Accessing pgtoto from within Malaysia. Users accessing from other countries are responsible for ensuring that such use is permitted under the laws of their respective countries.
• Legal Capacity: Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• Not a pgtoto Employee: pgtoto employees, business partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible to become playing members.
• Not on the Self-Exclusion List: Individuals who have enrolled in a self-exclusion programme are not eligible to register a new account.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Pgtoto accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods only. Deposits made through other methods will not be processed and the funds will be returned:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, 9am–11pm). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name. Transfers to third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Pgtoto reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 within 24 hours.
• Any withdrawal suspected of being linked to fraud or money laundering will be placed on hold pending a compliance investigation.

All transactions on pgtoto are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Account balances, bonuses, and winnings are displayed in RM only. pgtoto does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

05 Bonus & Promotions Terms

All bonuses offered by pgtoto – including the Welcome Bonus, deposit bonuses, cashback, and special promotions – are subject to rollover requirements before any withdrawal is permitted. Unfulfilled rollover requirements will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.

• Welcome Bonus: 15× rollover on the combined total of (deposit + bonus).
• Weekly Deposit Bonus: 10× rollover on the bonus amount only.
• Cashback: 1× rollover required before withdrawal.
• VIP Rebate Bonus: 0× rollover — funds can be withdrawn immediately with no additional conditions.

• Slots: 100% contribution towards rollover.
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10–20% contribution.
• Sports Betting (Football, Badminton, E-Sports): 20% contribution.
• Progressive Jackpot: 10% contribution.

Pgtoto reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and close accounts suspected of exploiting the bonus system ("bonus abuse"). This includes but is not limited to: bet hedging, group coordination to claim bonuses, use of multiple accounts, and fraudulent registrations.

06 Game Rules

All games available on pgtoto – including slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, and jackpots – are governed by their respective game rules as set by the relevant game providers. By playing on pgtoto, you agree that:

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless there is substantial evidence of a verifiable technical error.
• Pgtoto reserves the right to void any rounds or bets affected by identifiable technical errors and to return the wagered amount to the account.
• Odds, RTP, and payouts displayed are accurate at the time of display but may be subject to change in accordance with the game provider's terms.
• Sports Betting is subject to specific rules governing bet settlement — including matches that are abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled.
• Any winnings arising from a game system bug are void and will not be paid out.

07 Prohibited Conduct

Pgtoto users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, as well as legal action where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any automation tools to play or interact with the pgtoto platform.
• Engaging in money laundering or using pgtoto as a channel for any suspicious financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to cheat the system or manipulate game outcomes.
• Using another person's information to register an account or carry out transactions without the owner's consent.
• Spreading false, misleading, or defamatory information about pgtoto through any public communication channel.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the technical operations of the pgtoto platform.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to access restricted services.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

You may close your pgtoto account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, please ensure all bonus rollover requirements have been met and all eligible withdrawals have been requested. Any valid remaining balance in your account will be returned to you once the verification process is complete.

Pgtoto reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms set out in this document.
• Fraud, manipulation, or any activity suspected to be in violation of the law.
• Failure to pass the identity verification (KYC) process.
• Requests from Malaysian law enforcement agencies.
• Users who have registered under the self-exclusion programme.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal data is collected for the purposes of identity verification, transaction processing, and service improvement.

• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal limitations.

10 pgtoto Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, pgtoto is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred from playing on the platform, including losses from fair gameplay.
• Service disruptions resulting from system maintenance, third-party internet network issues, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Inaccurate information provided by third-party game providers.

Pgtoto's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the date on which the liability claim arises.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

Pgtoto reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms & Conditions regularly. Continued use of the pgtoto platform following the publication of any amendments will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the pgtoto platform shall be resolved through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be minimally modified to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
